RARE PICTURE THEAD. MIRANDA COSGROVE.
RULES.
-Try not to double post. As in, don't put pictures that have already been posted, people then have obviously seen them, therefore they're not rare. Although I understand with a lot of pages you won't always see every picture, so try your best. :]
-When we say rare pictures, you know what that means. Don't just put a candid from a few days ago. That's NOT rare. Self-explanatory.
